Hello:
My name is Samuel C. Jones. I am a licensed home inspector and also a licensed
and bonded electrician. I am a lifetime builder of custom homes and hundreds of other
projects, be it electrical or construction work. My college degree work is in
AC/DC Theory and Industrial Electricity. I am qualified in high voltage for distribution power, as in
commercial work. I am also qualified in Radon and Wood Destroying Organisms. I most
recently worked for HBIS Engineering on Washington Street in Naperville, Illinois. Our
company was recently sold to a larger firm and the owner John Ball, has retired.
I have decided to go on my own doing inspections and also continue as an electrician. I have done
hundreds of inspections in Northern Illinois. I currently work with about 25 Realtors. I
am seeking more work and looking for new contacts. The following is some of my pricing:
Home Inspections, any house, anywhere.....$275.00
Radon...$150.00 and $175.00
WDO(bugs)...$100.00 with a Home Inspection.
Electrical Inspection only...$150.00
Townhouse/Condos.....$250.00
New home walk through, (structural, prior to drywall)...$200.00
