Spinach Pizza

Prep Time: 15 Minutes Total Time: 35 Minutes Makes 8 Slices

Ingredients:

• 1 15 oz Pizza Sauce
• 1 Betty Crocker Pizza Crust Mix
• 1 Package Frozen Chopped Spinach
• 1 Small Yellow Onion
• 1 12 oz Package Mozarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Make crust according to package directions. Cook spinach according to package directions. Chop one small onion and add to cooked spinach, let cool. Drain spinach mixture well. Grease 12" pizza pan and spread dough. Spread 3/4 can of pizza sauce on crust, add remaining sauce to spinach mixture and stir well. Spread spinach mixture on crust and top with mozarella cheese. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes, cut and serve.
