Cut off top of each pepper and take all the seeds out. Wash all peppers. Cook peppers in boiling water for five minutes or until tender. Cook rice per directions on the box. Fry the one pound of hamburger. Drain all the grease off the hamburger. Combine hamburger and rice together in a bowl. Mix in half of the tomatoe sauce. Put mix into each pepper evenly and place on cooking pan. All remaining meat will go in pan around peppers (Great for the kids). Cover peppers and extra meat with remaining tomatoe sauce. Bake for 60 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes and then serve. |
